Technique 2: Faux Patina

Yep, over at STUDIO L3 there is challenges every week from Tim Holtz latest Compendium of Curiosities, book vol 2.
I´ve made a hanging jewellery window decoration.
Used ALCOHOL INK; snow cap, stream, bottle, terracotta and butterscotch. Alcohol inked the big birdcage charm, the chain, clasps, heart charm, bird, wings and the key where i also used the drill punch from TH. Finished of by burnish with steel wool.
Matched it with som other stuff from my stash. see pictures...

Lisa, this is wonderful! I wish I had one just like it to hang in my window at home. You did a beautiful job on the faux patina and created such a fun, unique work of art. Great job!
